Oregon Fugitive Arrested In Clark County After Weeks On the Run

OREGON CITY, OR — Bohanna McQuiston is back in custody. The 40-year-old had walked away from a prison laundry facility in Salem in February.

He was in jail after being convicted of burglaries in Clackamas and Washington Counties. McQuiston wasn't scheduled to be released until February 6, 2024.

The Clark County Sheriff's Office arrested him Tuesday night after getting information about where he was. Officials say that he was arrested without incident.

McQuiston is now in jail in Clark County awaiting extradition back to Oregon where he will likely face charges related to his escape.
