Police ID Victims From Fatal Crash On Highway 211
Jesus "Jesse" Tharp and Dylan Taylor were killed Sunday when Tharp's Mini Cooper was hit by an RV on the Woodburn-Estacada Highway.
COLTON, OR — Oregon State Police on Monday released the names of the people involved in a fatal two-car crash outside Colton this weekend.
According to OSP officials, Colton resident Jesus David "Jesse" Jay Tharp, 33, and Burns resident Dylan James Taylor, 28, died after sustaining traumatic injuries when Tharp's 2005 Mini Cooper collided with an RV.
Tharp was reportedly driving the Cooper on South Oswalt Road around 9:15 a.m. July 15. As Tharp and Taylor approached Highway 211, Tharp reportedly cruised through the intersection's stop sign and was hit by a 2000 Holr motorhome driven by 67-year-old Estacada resident Steven Davis.

Davis and his passenger — his wife Jeanette Sue Davis, 54 — were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
