5 Family-Friendly Events at Wilsonville Library

From play groups to book clubs, Wilsonville Library hosts free events all month long.

The Wilsonville Library hosts weekly family-friendly events for all different age groups. Infants, toddlers, families and kids in early elementary school are sure to find an engaging event for them.


Play Group is for kids ages 6 and under, accompanied by their mom or dad. You can check it out every Monday morning from 10-11:30 AM.

Family Storytime is designed for the whole family, with books, stories, songs and more. Join in the fun every Thursday from 10:30-11:00 AM.

Toddler Time is a hands-on, interactive event for the littlest of readers. It's free on Tuesdays from 10:00 - 10:30 AM and it runs from September 6th to December 6th in the Oak Room.

Baby Time is a free event hosted on Tuesday mornings, from 11:00 AM - 11:45AM. It runs from September 6th through December 6th. This program is open to the entire family; moms & dads are encouraged to stick around afterwards and chat with other parents.

K-2 Book Adventures happens the first Thursday of each month, and is free to attend. The next 3 Thursdays are September 15th, October 20th and November 17th.


Make sure the library is open when you make the trip.

Library hours:

  • Mon-Thursday, 10am-8pm
  • Fri-Sat: 10am - 6pm
  • Sunday: 1 - 6pm

Extra Library Info

The Imagination Library is Dolly Parton's contribution to young readers in Wilsonville. Children up to age five are can register to receive a monthly free book. What's the first one? The Little Engine That Could.

No home computer? Not to worry. The Wilsonville library has a long list of games to choose from, including Curious George, Arthur, Playhouse Disney, and PBS KIDS.

Check out some of the additional resources available for families, like child care, home schooling, early childhood special education and community sharing (food, housing, utilities).
