Clackamas County Government: Wish List On Amazon Helps Local Families And Children Through Housing Instability During The Holidays

The Clackamas County Housing Pod Unit just revealed its Wish List to help provide age-appropriate holiday gifts for children struggling with housing instability. Especially needed this year are gifts for middle school-aged children. Please go to the list on Amazon to help make a child’s wish come true.

The Housing Pod Unit is part of Clackamas County’s Social Services Division that supports families that have experienced homelessness through a variety of programs. Each program benefits from the generous donations made through the Wish List on the Amazon website. The donations allow parents to present a gift to their children, while reducing the stress of providing for their children during the holidays as they struggle to make ends meet. These families are ready for a special holiday season since this has not happened for several years.
