WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — An Abington man is facing disorderly conduct charges after he brandished a gun inside a Bucks County movie theater.

Horsham Police later stopped Wallace on Horsham Road and handed over custody to Warrington Police. Wallace refused a request by police to search his vehicle, police said.
Wallace and his vehicle were taken to the Warrington Police Department, where he was processed and arraigned by Judge Stacy Wertman, who set bail at $50,000 or 10 percent cash.
Wallace was unable to post bail and was transported to the Bucks County Correctional Facility. A search warrant was later executed on Wallace’s vehicle and a handgun was found inside.
Wallace is charged with terroristic threats and three counts of disorderly conduct.
