Eagles Super Bowl Or An Oscar Win? Montco's Bradley Cooper Weighs In

The Abington native told Howard Stern Monday that he'd rather the Birds get another Super Bowl victory over winning his first Academy Award.

PHILADELPHIA — For those unaware, Hollywood star Bradley Cooper is a diehard Eagles fan. The actor and director grew up in Abington Township after all.

And his fandom for the Birds came through strong in his Monday interview with Howard Stern.

Cooper sat down with the legendary talk show host Monday for one of Stern's classic wide-ranging interviews.

When the topic came to the Eagles, Stern hit Cooper with a "Sophie's Choice" question.

"You win the Oscar, not only for Best Director but also for Best Actor and Carrie wins Best Actress. Or, an Eagles Super Bowl victory."

Without a beat, Cooper chose another Super Bowl victory for the Eagles.

Cooper was seen Sunday in Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie's box cheering the team on in their overtime victory against the Buffalo Bills.
