ABINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — Numerous runners from the Abington Township area participated in the 127th Boston Marathon Monday.

Kenyan runner Evans Chabet won the marathon, with a time of 2:05:54.

Chabet's win in his second consecutive victory in the Boston Marathon, having won in 2022.
