Bensalem Man Secretly Filmed OnlyFans Model From Her Attic: Cops
Mauricio Damian Guerrero, 20, drove from Bucks County to New Hampshire and hid in the woman's home while filming her, police said.
BENSALEM, PA — A Bensalem man is accused of hiding inside of a New Hampshire woman's home, where he allegedly filmed her while she was sleeping and stole her panties, according to prosecutors in Strafford County.
Mauricio Damian Guerrero, 20, was arrested in Somersworth, New Hampshire on Feb. 9 after police said they located him on the woman's roof.
Investigators determined that Guerrero has met the woman on OnlyFans, where he had been in contact with her since October. She had given him her address in New Hampshire after he told her he wanted to buy her a TV and fireplace. Guerrero claimed the woman had told him she "wanted a man to be obsessed with her and stalk her," police said.

According to prosecutors, Guerrero drove from Pennsylvania to New Hampshire and stayed in an Airbnb in Portsmouth. After arriving in Portsmouth, Guerrero went to the property several times, hiding in the attic to avoid detection.
"It was determined that the suspect entered the home with the intent to commit theft and invasion of privacy," the Somersworth Police Department said after the arrest.

She said she no longer wanted to be in contact with Guerrero, but she told authorities he was being pushy; he had shown up outside her old apartment, where the woman noticed him inside his car and admitted he had driven to New Hampshire several times and had slept in his car outside her apartment.
According to the court affidavit, the woman became scared of Guerrero; he had video-chatted her to show he was outside of the house. She continued to talk to him to try and deescalate the situation.
While it is still unclear as to how Guerrero obtained the address, the owner of the house, the woman's mother, said she began to notice little things in the house that made things feel "off": missing keys (which Guerrero later admitted to duplicating at a local Home Depot), windows slightly open, and the sound of footsteps in the home.
She awoke one night to find Guerrero standing in the hallway staring at her, police said. Her child was in the bed with her at the time of the incident; Guerrero denied any awareness of a child sleeping in the bed, according to the affidavit.
Police said they found photos of a woman and underwear in the center console of Guerrero's car. A Tile tracking device was also found in the car; police believe Guerrero planned to plant it on the woman's car.
"Mr. Guerrero refused bail, and was transported to The Strafford County House of Corrections, pending arraignment on 2/10/22, in Strafford County Superior Court," the Somersworth Police Department said.
Guerrero faces four charges of burglary.
