Bensalem Orchestra Students Perform at BCMEA String Day

BENSALEM, PA — Students from several Bensalem Township School District schools participated in the Bucks County Music Educators' annual “String Day” on Saturday, April 2.

Students from Bensalem High School, Cecelia Snyder Middle School, and Robert K. Shafer Middle School took part in the annual music event, a one-day festival made up of the top string musicians in grades 7-9 from Bucks County.

The students received concert music when they arrived, rehearsed throughout the day, and performed a concert in the afternoon.

"They did an awesome job and represented Bensalem with distinction," the school district said in a statement.
