Bensalem Students Auditioned, Performed In BCMEA Festival
Music students from Bensalem High School and Robert K. Shafer Middle School were selected to the county-wide festival over the weekend.
BENSALEM, PA — A total of 31 students from the Bensalem Township School District auditioned and performed at the Bucks County Music Educators Association County-Wide Festival, which took place over the weekend.
Music students from Bensalem High School and Robert K. Shafer Middle School were selected after their successful auditions in the highly-competitive festival, where they were able to work with well-respected conductors from the tri-state area and perform with some of the best student musicians in Bucks County.
"Thank you to the entire music department, K-12, for all your hard work in bringing great music education to our students," the school district said in a press release. "This is definitely a collaborative effort and something we should all be proud of!"
