Bensalem Twp. SD Continues Summer Meal Program, Lunch Buses

BENSALEM, PA — The Bensalem Township School District has announced the continuation of their annual Summer Meal Program, which will see the return of the "Owls on the Go" Summer Lunch Buses.

The no-cost breakfasts and lunches are provided by the Bensalem Township School District Food Service Department. Children ages 1 to 18 can partake in the free meals at one of several locations at various Bensalem schools or the lunch buses, which are equipped with tables for a fun dining experience.

"Meals are completely free and all children are invited to come to the designated sites and enjoy delicious and nutritious meals," the school district said in a statement. "This program makes sure all children can eat healthy during the summer months."

Meals will be available at the following locations:

Belmont, Faust, Rush & Struble Elementary Schools (Meals in the Cafeteria)

• 6/20 to 8/11, Monday - Thursday
• Breakfast 8:30 a.m. - 9:45 a.m. / Lunch 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Bensalem High School (Meals in the Cafeteria)

6/20 to 8/11, Monday - Thursday

Breakfast: 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. ● Lunch: 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Cornwells Elementary & Snyder Middle School (Meals in the Cafeteria)

7/5 to 8/4, Monday - Thursday

Breakfast: 8:30 a.m. - 9:45 a.m. ● Lunch: 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Just Children (2607 Interplex Drive, Feasterville-Trevose)

6/20 to 8/12, Monday - Friday

Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. / Lunch: 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Teddy Bear College, Bensalem

6/20 to 8/12, Monday – Friday

Breakfast: 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. ● Lunch: 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Silver Lake Nature Center, Bristol

6/20 to 8/12, Monday – Friday
