Edge Avenue To Close For Blacktop Repairs

BENSALEM, PA — A Bensalem road was closed for blacktop repairs and is expected to open back up in the early afternoon on Monday, March 21.

Edge Avenue, located in Bensalem Township, closed at Cornflower Lane at 8 a.m. on Monday morning. The road is expected to open back up at 2 p.m.

"Motorists will not be able to pass with the exception of buses and emergency personnel," according to Bensalem Township's official Facebook page.

Drivers should take this closure into consideration, as alternative routes will be necessary in order to drive through the area.
