Man Stole Keys, Drove Off With Wawa Employee's Car: Bensalem PD

The incident occurred early Monday morning at the Wawa, located at 2250 Lincoln Highway​. Police are still looking for the man responsible.

TREVOSE, PA — Bensalem police are currently searching for a man who allegedly stole car keys from a Wawa employee's purse before driving off with their vehicle on Monday, March 28.

According to police, the incident occurred around 6:15 a.m. The man entered the Wawa, located at 2250 Lincoln Highway, and took the car keys from the purse of an employee. Video footage shows him in the store's back office at the time of the incident.

After taking the keys, police say the man drove off in the victim's White 2021 Jeep Compass.

The man is described as a white male with dark hair, wearing a light-colored "Under Armour" hooded sweatshirt with black pants.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of this man or the vehicle is asked to contact Bensalem Police at 215-633-3719 or leave an anonymous tip on the police department's CrimeWatch website.
