Police Charge Four with Retail Theft, Disorderly Conduct

Between Dec. 3-4, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

On Dec. 3 at 6:23 p.m., a 40-year-old homeless man was arrested in the 2300 block of Street Road and charged with retail theft. He was sent to Bucks County Prison on $500 cash bail.
On Dec. 4 at 2:05 p.m., a 50-year-old Philadelphia man was charged with retail theft in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose. He was issued a non-traffic citation.

On Dec. 4 at 7:24 p.m., a 48-year-old Upper Darby woman was arrested at the Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft. She was video arraigned by Judge Klein where her bail was set at $20,000/10%. She was sent to Bucks County Prison.
On Dec. 4 at 9:05 p.m., a 49-year-old Pemberton, NJ man was charged with disorderly conduct in the 2900 block of Street Road. Officer will proceed with charges via non-traffic citation.
