Police Charge Philly Man with DUI, Drug Possession

On Oct. 18 at 12:48 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for swerving and weaving on I-95 southbound at milepost 36.8 in Bensalem.

The driver, a 45-year-old Philadelphia man, was found to be intoxicated and in possession of marijuana.

He faces DUI and drug possession charges.
