Two Bensalem Township Police Officers Promoted

Officers Dan Errigo and Kevin Howard were promoted to the rank of Sergeant and Corporal, respectively, at a ceremony on Monday.

BENSALEM, PA — The Bensalem Township Police Department promoted two officers at a ceremony on Monday.

Mayor Joseph DiGirolamo and Director of Public Safety William McVey oversaw the promotion of Officers Dan Errigo and Kevin Howard in the council chambers. Family and friends of the two officers were in attendance, as well as fellow officers from the department.

Officer Errigo was promoted to the rank of Sergeant and Howard was promoted to Corporal.

"Sergeant Errigo and Corporal Howard will be an integral part of the supervisory staff here at the Bensalem Township Police Department," the police department said in a statement.
