
A South Bethlehem man who allegedly approached another man on a neighborhood street, flashed a handgun at him and threatened to βblastβ him, was arrested on Sunday,Β police said.
The victim told police that he was on the 400 block of Carlton Avenue, near the Five-Points intersection, when Roberto Serrano Jr., 20, of 524 Bradley St. walked up to him, according to court papers.
Serrano allegedly lifted up his shirt exposing a black handgun in his waistband and said: βIβll blast you,β the court papers say. The incident occurred on May 17 at about 4 p.m.

The affidavit does not say what, if anything, precipitated the remark or if any words had been exchanged before the alleged threat.
Serrano was arrested early Sunday morning and charged with terroristic threats. He was arraigned before on-duty District Judge James Narlesky of Hanover Township and committed to Northampton County Prison in lieu of $35,000 bail.
