Jay Leno, Seth Meyers to Appear at Sands
Retiring host and soon-to-be host of NBC late night television shows both scheduled to appear at Bethlehem Event Center this summer.

βTonight Showβ host Jay Leno will make his second trip to the Sands Bethlehem Event Center on Aug. 11 at 7 p.m.
Sticking with the comedy theme, Vision Entertainment on Monday also announced performances by "Saturday Night Live" cast member Seth Meyers and the cast of truTVβs βImpractical Jokers.β

Leno, who has been βThe Tonight Showβ host for most of the past 20 years, has continued to perform stand-up comedy throughout his tenure as television host. Leno appeared for a nearly sold out at the Event Center in August 2012.
In March, NBC announced that Leno would retire from βThe Tonight Showβ at the end of the 2014 Winter Olympics and be replaced by βLate Nightβ host Jimmy Fallon.

Meyers, who on Sunday was named by NBC to be Fallonβs replacement, will appear in Bethlehem on July 12 at 8 p.m. Meyers is best known as the host of SNLβs Weekend Update news parody segment has also been the showβs head writer since 2006.
The Impractical Jokers have nothing to do with NBCβs late night television succession, but they do appear regularly on their own basic cable television show on truTV.
The premise is that the four lifelong friendsβ James, Joe, Sal and Brianβtry to embarrass and outdo each other in a series of dares in awkward social situations, which are all captured on hidden camera for the show.
The Impractical Jokers their interactive comedy show to life on the Event Center stage on July 31, featuring audience participation, stand-up routines and more.
