Rolex Stolen from Promenade Jewelry Shop

Police in Upper Saucon are on the lookout for a man who robbed in the Promenade Shops Sunday afternoon and fled with a Rolex watch worth $10,650.

The police press release states:

"On Sunday, 7/17/2011 at 13:35 hours (1:35pm), the individual depicted in the attached surveillance photos entered Murphy Jewelers located in The Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley.  

"The individual was described as a black male, early 20s, approximately 5’8”, pierced left ear, a 'chin strap' beard, and with what appeared to be a tattoo on the right inner forearm.

"After requesting to see a Rolex watch, the suspect abruptly fled from the store. Upper Saucon Police are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying this individual and are asking anyone with information to contact them at (610) 282-3064."
