According to the criminal complaint, Davis took two unauthorized chargesβfor a total of $1,672βfrom the debit card of a couple that had purchased a party for their daughter at the spa.
The couple paid $86, with the debit card, for the party on Dec. 28. One unauthorized charge for $686 was made on Dec. 31 and another for $986 was made on Jan. 11, the complaint said. The couple told police that Davis refused to talk to them to clear up the matter.

According to the affidavit written by Det. Scott Lipare of the Bethlehem Township police, Davis told him in March that she was in Georgia the day that the couple arrived at Seriously Girlie to complain and that she did not call them back because she did not have contact information.
But on March 22, Lipare wrote, he was contact by Bethlehem city police concerning a complaint from a city woman that she had three unauthorized charges on her debit card.
One of those chargesβfor $300.32βwas to pay a Service Electric Cable TV bill for 706 Briarwood Drive in Bethlehem Township, which is Davisβ home address, the complaint said.
Another was for a January stay at a La Quinta Inn in Marietta, Ga., which, police later determined, was signed for by Davis using the Bethlehem womanβs debit card number, the affidavit said.
The victim told police that she had bought a gift card for $34 at Seriously Girlie, using her debit card, the affidavit said. The debit card wasnβt scanned, but the numbers from the card were written on the receipt, the woman told police.
Davis was arraigned Monday before District Judge Joseph Barner and released on $5,000 unsecured bail.
