Styx, Foreigner Coming to Musikfest on Aug. 7
Two of classic rock's biggest acts to play a double-billed show at Musikfest's main stage.

A pair of classic rockβs biggest hit-makersβStyx and Foreignerβwill headline at Musikfest on Aug. 7 at 7 p.m., ArtsQuest announced on Thursday.
Tickets for the show, which will take place at the festivalβs Sands Steel Stage at PNC Plaza, are $44 and $54. They will go on sale to ArtsQuest members Tuesday at 10 a.m. and to the public on March 29 at 10 a.m.

Styx got its start in Chicago in the early 1970s and had its first hit single with βLady.β During the second half of the decade, the group produced numerous hits, including βCome Sail Away,β βRenegade,β βBlue Collar Manβ and βFooling Yourself.β Its Paradise Theater album, released in 1980, became the bandβs biggest hit, selling more than 3 million copies in a three-year period.

Foreigner has produced 16 Top 30 hits, including nine that made the Top 10. Among its biggest singles is the smash βI Want to Know What Love Is,β which topped the charts in 1984, along with βWaiting For a Girl Like You,β βDouble Vision,β βHot Blooded,β βFeels Like the First Time,β βUrgentβ and βI Donβt Want to Live Without You.β
