Many people get to decorate their homes. Not many get to decorate their tanks.
Some people decorate their homes for the holidays.
Some people even decorate their cars.
If you dive past the Cecil American Legion you'll see holiday decorating taken one step farther: The tank that sits outside its building is all decked out with Christmas lights.
