Woman Jailed After Canonsburg Police Said She Sold Heroin and Crystal Meth

Canonsburg police said a confidential informant purchased heroin and crystal meth from the woman.

Canonsburg police said the department orchestrated the controlled purchase of stamp bags of suspected heroin and crystal meth from a borough woman—buys that led to her arrest Tuesday.

Canonsburg police charged Lauren Curtain, 30, with possession and possession with intent to deliver, which is a felony.

She was arraigned before district Judge David Mark Tuesday afternoon and remanded to the Washington County Jail after being unable to post a $25,000 straight bond, online court records indicate.

Curtain is scheduled to appear at 10:30 a.m. Feb. 14 for a preliminary hearing before Mark.

She was still listed as an inmate at the jail as of Wednesday.
