District Judge Gary Zyra oversees Heidelberg and Scott Township while District Judge Maureen McGraw-Desmet oversees Bridgeville and Collier Township.

  • Charges of drunken driving, habitual offender, driving on a suspended license and speeding against Jerome Thomas, 27, of 504 Center St., Carnegie, were held for court. Heidelberg police arrested Thomas on Jan. 21.

 

Charges waived to court

  • Felony charges of retail theft and conspiracy against Reginald D. Shelton, 52, of 2838 Voelkel Ave., Pittsbugh, were waived to court. Scott Township police originally charged Shelton on Jan. 10.
  • Charges of drunken driving, speeding and careless driving against Tyrell R. Herbert, 25, of 120 Willett Drive, Pittsburgh, were waived to court. State police arrested Herbert on Dec. 10.

 

Charges withdrawn

  • Charges of identity theft and secure execution documents by deception against Shannon Copeland, 32, of Carnegie, were withdrawn. A disorderly conduct charge was reduced to a non-traffic citation. Scott police originally charged Copeland on July 26.

 

Charges withdrawn

  • Burglary, conspiracy, theft and receiving stolen property charges against Daniel. J. Wasky, 21, of Pittsburgh, were withdrawn. Bridgeville police originally charged Wasky on Dec. 12.
  • Burglary, conspiracy, theft and receiving stolen property charges against Autumn Kovach, 22, of Bridgeville, were withdrawn. Bridgeville police originally charged Kovach on Dec. 12.
  • Charges of theft, possession of drug paraphernalia and inhale toxic substances against Anthony S. Price, 28, of Warren, Ohio, were withdrawn. A disorderly conduct charge against Price was reduced to a non-traffic citation. Bridgeville police charged Price on March 12.
  • Marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia charges against Billy M. Crayton, 20, of Clarksburg, W.Va., were withdrawn. A disorderly conduct charge was reduced to a non-traffic citation. Bridgeville police originally charged Crayton on March 12.
