- Theft and receiving stolen property charges against Michael Tokar, 24, of 729 Washington Ave., Carnegie, were held for court. Scott police originally charged Tokar on Jan. 7.

Charges waived to court

- Drunken driving charges against Kayla Notaro, 28, of 566 Boquet St., Carnegie, were waived to court. Heidelberg police arrested Notaro on March 11.
- Drunken driving charges against Christopher Fisher, 27, of 324 Nesbitt St., Carnegie, were waived to court while a speeding citation was withdrawn. Scott Township police originally charged Fisher on March 13.
- A drunken driving charge against David J. Bloch, 54, of New Bethlehem, was waived to court. Pittsburgh police arrested Bloch on Dec. 17 during a traffic stop in Heidelberg.
- Charges of marijuana possession and several traffic citations against Kody J. Bennington, 18, of 6 Chartiers Ave., Pittsburgh, were waived to court. Heidelberg police charged Bennington on Jan. 29.

- Charges of drunken driving, speeding and careless driving against Miguel R. Mitchell, 29, of Washington, were waived to court. State police arrested Mitchell on Feb. 5.
