A new study finds that Brookline and Dormont are extremely popular in online searches by prospective homebuyers.
PITTSBURGH, PA — Mt. Lebanon is the most popular Pittsburgh community among those looking to buy a home. That's according to data analysts at HouseFresh, which analyzed user behavior on Zillow home listings for America’s 100 most populous cities to uncover their hottest neighborhoods at the moment.
Home listings in Pittsburgh neighborhoods attract thousands of Zillow visitors each day. Mt. Lebanon leads the way with an average of 6,155 daily views, followed by Shadyside (5,611) and Squirrel Hill South (3,576).
