Huge Brookline Property Being Marketed For $2.5 Million

What's the best use for the 34 acres of undeveloped land in the neighborhood?

BROOKLINE, PA - One of the largest vacant properties in Pittsburgh is on the market. It’s a 34-acre parcel on Jacob Street in Brookline and its owner is asking $2.5 million for the mostly wooded area.

The Realtor.com listing calls the site a “profitable development opportunity” just off of Route 51 that is “ready for construction which is much needed in the area.”

Allegheny County property assessment records indicate the huge parcel is owned by Anthony Ruscitto-Three M Real Estate Associates of Venetia, which bought it in 2011. The property has been in the Ruscitto family since at least 1980.
