Doylestown Art League Monthly Meeting January 8

Our speaker this month is Alison Bessesdotter. Her talk this evening will be “A transition from traditional media to textile art”. She will describe her creative journey using fabric and quilting as her artistic medium.

Currently, Alison maintains a textile and painting studio in New Hope, PA. Until recently Alison lived near London where she founded Bell Street Artists Studios and exhibited in continental Europe and the UK.

She was also a Resident Artist for 7 years at the Banana Factory in Bethlehem, Pa.
