PA Bus Driver Sexually Assaulted Student: Police
The 64-year-old former bus driver is accused of sexually assaulting a student on the autism spectrum, reports say.

PALMER, PA — A Northampton County man is in custody on charges he had a sexual relationship with a juvenile student while he was a bus driver.
Palmer Police obtained an arrest warrant for Dean D'Amico and state police arrested him at his Upper Mt. Bethel Township home just after midnight Wednesday morning, officials said.
Lehigh Valley Live reported that D'Amico is a former Colonial Intermediate Unit 20 bus driver, and the victim is a female student on the autism spectrum who is mostly nonverbal, citing court records.

Magisterial Judge Susan Hutnik arraigned D'Amico, 64, on charges including institutional sexual assault, corruption of minors, unlawful contact with a minor, and indecent assault, said police.
He was unable to post a $250,000 bail and taken to Northampton County Prison, per Palmer Township Police.
