Construction is nearly complete on a vacant factory building on South Side Easton which has been turned into a new apartment community that begins renting this fall. Easton Yards is located at 457 W. Lincoln Street and has 59 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments. It is located diagonally across the street from the new Cheston Elementary School.
