You can present your platform, promote your upcoming appearances and more on Emmaus Patch. Here's how.

With four weeks to go until theΒ Nov. 5Β election, voters will need as much information as possible to help them make an informed decision at the polls.
If you're among those running for localΒ office, we invite you to blog onΒ Emmaus PatchΒ to help voters get to know you and your positions.
With our blogging platform, candidates for office can:
Find out what's happening in Emmausfor free with the latest updates from Patch.
- Promote upcoming appearances, fundraisers and door-to-door schedules.
- Present platforms andΒ discuss the issues facing the community.
- Call out to volunteers and seek places to post your campaign sign.
All candidates are invited to blog on Patch, whether you areΒ running for county office or municipal office.

Hereβs how to get started:
1. Go to theΒ Emmaus Patch homepage.Β
2. "Sign In" on the upper right side of the page if you already have an account,Β or click on "Join." (Follow instructions to confirm your account).Β
5. Click on βEdit Profileβ on the right and add a photo and a brief bio.
Hereβs how to start a blog:
1. On theΒ Emmaus PatchΒ homepage, scroll down to Β βWhoβs Blogging?β Β (It's below βNews & Blogs.β)
2. Click on the βStart bloggingβ button.
3. Name your blog, provide aΒ description and choose or upload a blog icon.
4. Click on βCreate your blog.β
5. Now, you can βWrite your first postβ by choosing Article (upload a photo too). You can also βdress up your blogβ with photosΒ or tell people about it.
6. Click "Post Now." Β You're live on the site! (If you are not ready to post, save it as a draft and come back to it later.)
