UGI Replacing Gas Lines in 500 Block of Broad Street

The 500 Block of Broad Steet is narrowed to one lane with flaggers at either end directing traffic. UGI is repalcing pipes and installing meters.

Marketing Manager for UGI, Daniel Adamo, said, in an email, that "UGI will be replacing natural gas main and services in the 500 block of Broad Street in Emmaus."

The road won't be closed, but beware of construction vehicles in that area. The work is expected to finish by the end of March.

Adamo said the work is regular and planned for that area, but there no other planned replacements for this fiscal year in Emmaus.
