Blessing of the Backpacks at St. George's
Sunday, September 8 people are encouraged to bring their backpacks to church.
Students of all ages, adults as well as children, are encouraged to bring their backpacks to the 10 a.m. service at St. George's Episcopal Church at Ardmore Avenue and Darby Road on Sunday, September 8.
Father Ryan will help them get their school year started with a prayer for God's blessing on their study and activities. After there will be snacks in the parish hall.
