Havertown Man Charged with Eagle Road Assault

The following incident reports were provided by the Haverford Township Police Department. Arrest does not indicate conviction.

Kimani Tanismore, 18, of the 700 block of E. Rittenhouse Street, Philadelphia, was charged with DUI on the 1200 block of Township Line Road on October 20 at 12:31 p.m.

David R. Gottshalk, 43, of the 200 block of Washington Avenue, Havertown, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia on the 200 block of Washington Avenue on October 31 at 5:01 p.m.

Jeffrey Travis, 31, of the 1600 block of Mount Pleasant Road, Havertown, was charged with simple assault on the 100 block of S. Eagle Road on November 2 at 9:22 a.m.

Christopher J. Malkowicz, 43, of the 9000 block of Airfield Court, Kempton, was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft, criminal attempt, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia on the 1400 block of Ashton Road on November 2 at 5:42 p.m.

Witold Czajkowski, 66, of the 100 block of William Penn Boulevard, West Chester, was charged with accidents involving damage to attended vehicle, duty to render aid, careless driving and roadways laned for traffic on West Chester Pike and Lawrence Road on November 3 at 10:56 a.m.

Dennis Pino, 34, of the 2700 block of S. Smedley Street, Philadelphia, was charged with retail theft at Kohl's (200 block of West Chester Pike) on November 5 at 10:45 a.m.

Jared P. Rumpeltin, 35, of the 300 block of Clemens Road, Harleysville, was charged with receiving stolen property, unregistered vehicle, inspection on Lawrence and Ellis Roads on November 6 at 10:08 a.m.
