Last Chance to Buy Rotary Club Roses
The flowers cost $20 per dozen, with proceeds going to local charities.
The Rotary Club of Haverford Township's annual weeklong rose sale ends Friday, Nov. 9.
According to the club's Facebook page, the rose sales have generated a surprisingly large sum:
Over the past few decades the Rotary Club of Haverford Township has raised over $400,000 from the annual sale of the roses. The money has been contributed to community projects, local high school scholarships & deserving charities.
The roses sell for $20 per dozen and can be purchased by calling Charlie or Dara Gans at 610-853-1100, or at at 2418 Grasslyn Ave.
