Parks and Rec Meeting, Dance School Registration in Havertown Tuesday

1. On Tuesday at 7:30p.m. Haverford Township's Parks and Recreation Board will meet.

2. Haverford School District will hold teacher orientation and in-service days and events for new students all week.

3. Meet the Orlandi faculty and staff and register for the 2013-14 season from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at 1615 E. Darby Road in Havertown.

4. Haverford Township Adult School Fall 2013 online registration is now open (www.haverfordadultschool.org). Classes begin Monday, September 23.

5. Performance Fitness "Build A Backpack!" Campaign through September 7 in Wynnewood and Havertown. Performance Fitness has partnered with the Cradles to Crayons "Ready for School" program and set a goal of building 60 backpacks to ensure the success of children in need.
