Street Fight Ends With Public Drunkenness Charges, Police Say

Two incidents of public drunkenness reported last Saturday night in Haverford.

Haverford Police report two cases of alleged public drunkenness within less than two hours in the middle of last Saturday night.

The following blotter information is provided by Haverford Police.

Public Drunkenness at the unit block of W. Marthart Avenue on Feb. 17 at 1:59 a.m. - Police were dispatched to the above location for a fight in the street. A 26-year-old-man from the 1100 block of Darby Road, was given a warning for disorderly conduct and cited for public drunkenness.

Public Drunkenness at Wawa (1000 block of Darby Road) on February 17 at 3:47 a.m. - A 23-year-old-man from the 1000 block of Concord Avenue, Drexel Hill, was cited for public drunkenness.
