Spring Brings a Wave of One Kind of Crime
Longer days and warmer weather bring out thieves targeting the same item all over Haverford.

Don't leave your bicycle unlocked or unattended. That was the message earlier this week from the owner of the Havertown Bicycle Shop in an interview with Patch.
As if on cue by the start of spring, numerous bike thefts have been reported all over Haverford Township.
Four cases are reported in this week's Haverford Police Crime blotter:

- March 23 at 5:41 p.m. in the 2900 Block of Berkley Road.
- March 24 at 10:27 a.m. in the 2600 Block of Chestnut Ave
- March 25 at 1:12 p.m. in the 600 block of Valley View RoadÂ
