When Does Daylight Saving Time Start?

This is the weekend to move clocks forward and enjoy one more hour of daylight in the evening.

Daylight Saving Time starts at 2 a.m. on Sunday.

So before you go to bed that night, don't forget to "spring forward" by moving your clocks ahead an hour.

You'll lose one hour of sleep overnight.

The time change affects all states except Arizona and Hawaii.

Daylight Saving Time continues until Nov. 3, when we move the clocks back an hour.
