Woman Followed Home From Wynnewood Station, Man Arrested: Police
A man was arrested after allegedly following a woman home on a train - and later on foot - from Upper Darby to Wynnewood, authorities said.

HAVERFORD, PA - A man was arrested Monday after allegedly following a woman home on a train and later on foot from Upper Darby to Wynnewood, authorities said.
As of Monday at around 7:15 p.m., the man was identified and in police custody, Haverford police said in a statement. The man’s identity or charges against him were not immediately made clear.
The man reportedly confronted the victim at the 69th St. Terminal in Upper Darby and followed her onto her train, making comments at her before she stepped off the train at Wynnewood Station, police said.

The suspect then followed the victim as she walked home, police said.
The woman was able to run through a small walking trail to momentarily lose the man behind her but, after emerging from the trail, she was again confronted by the suspect.

The victim eventually pepper sprayed the suspect and was able to run to a neighbor’s home to call 911.
The male suspect is described as a Black male in his 40s or 50s, six feet tall with a bald head, wearing a white tank top, dark pants/jeans and carrying a black backpack.
Additional video is being sought from Septa and nearby businesses, police said.
