Jeanne C. (Clarke) Hoppes, 93, Formerly of Hellertown [Obituary]

Jeanne C. (Clarke) Hoppes, 93, of Broomall, formerly of Hellertown, died Saturday, Sept. 14, 2013 at Broomall Rehab & Nursing Center, Broomall, Delaware County. She was the wife of the late Robert L. Hoppes. She was born in Savannah, Ga., on Nov. 3, 1919 to the late Thomas B. and Unie (Norris) Clarke. She was of the Lutheran faith and was a lifetime member of the Hellertown Historical Society.

SURVIVORS

She was a loving mother to: Robert C. Hoppes (Pamela) of Freehold, N.J., Karen J. Brotherston (John) of East Falls, Kathie E. Zlockie (John) of West Chester; and was blessed to be a grandmother to eight and great-grandmother to 10. 

SERVICE

Family and friends are invited to call from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 326 Main St., Hellertown. The calling hour will be followed by the service at 11 a.m. The interment will conclude services at Union Cemetery of Hellertown.
