Obituary: Olga (Hasenecz) Doncevic, 87, Formerly of Hellertown

Olga (Hasenecz) Doncevic, 87, formerly of Hellertown died peacefully Friday, Oct. 19, 2012 at the home of her son Stephen and his wife Mary of Coopersburg. She was the wife of the late Stephen A. Doncevic, who died Sept. 7, 2011. She was born in Bethlehem on Sept. 10, 1925 to the late George and Mary (Munda) Hasenecz. She worked at the former Bethlehem Steel during the war years. Olga was a very faithful Christian woman who enjoyed singing, dancing, and reading. She was an avid cook and baker. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Survivors:

In addition to her son and daughter-in-law, Olga had three daughters: Olga Jacoby of Bethlehem, Lois A. Doncevic-Hankins (Bruce) of Upper Macungie Township and Alysia Deutsch of Center Valley; siblings: Alex of Bethlehem, Andrew of Riegelsville, Kathryn Bilsak of Bethlehem; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by siblings: Daniel, George, Edward, Charlie, Agnes, Mary, Anne, Pauline and Helen.

Service:

Family and friends are invited to call from 9 to 10am Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2012 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 326 Main St., Hellertown. The calling hour will be followed by the service at 10am.
