Police: Man Flipped ATV, Had .32 Percent BAC
Lower Saucon Township police say Jessie Gilbert, 38, was found unconscious and bleeding after flipping an ATV on Erin Lane March 15. Police say Gilbert was drunk at the time of the accident and will be charged with DUI.

A Lower Saucon Township man reportedly suffered facial injuries after he flipped an ATV in what police have characterized as a DUI-related accident.
In an April 26 press release, the Lower Saucon Township Police Department said Jessie Gilbert, 38, of the 2200 block of Springtown Hill Road, "was found unconscious and bleeding next to an overturned ATV (in the 1700 block of) Erin Lane" at approximately 5:24pm March 15.
Police said their investigation revealed that Gilbert lost control of the vehicle, causing it to flip.

They said "officers (at the scene) detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage about Gilbert," and that subsequent testing revealed his blood alcohol content (BAC) to be .32 percent, which is four times the legal limit for most motorists in Pennsylvania.
"Gilbert will be charged with DUI, driving under suspension and being a habitual offender," police added.

As a result of the accident, Gilbert had to be transported by EMS for treatment of his injuries, according to the press release.
