Allen-Forge Shopping Center Sold for $9.3M

The shopping center at Allentown Road and Valley Forge Road in Towamencin is the home to CVS, Blue Dog Pub, Ray's Pizzeria, and a wine and spirits store, to name a few. It was sold by Trefoil Properties.

Allen-Forge Shopping Center—the retail center at Allentown Road and Valley Forge Road in Towamencin—has been sold by Trefoil Properties LP for $9.3 million, according to commercial real estate firm CoStar Group.

The sale price equals out to about $180 per square foot. The buyer was Sheffel & Sons, according to the article.

Allen-Forge Shopping Center was built in 1967 and renovated in 2007. It is former home of Mad Grocer and current home of CVS, Blue Dog Pub, a state Liquor Control Board wines and spirits shop, Ray’s Pizzeria, Yanni’s Family Restaurant and more.
