Five Things to Know: International Spring Fest, Leukemia Fundraiser and More

St. Rose of Lima holds a Mommy Market at its location at 428 S. Main St., North Wales, from 9 a.m. to noon. Admission is $1. Shoppers can find gently-used children's clothing, books, toys, games and more.

1. Today is the 22nd annual International Spring Festival at North Penn High School in Towamencin, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The multicultural event is one of the largest of its kind in the state.

2. A benefit for the Pennsylvania Hardcore documentary is tonight at 7 at Lansdale VFW, 805 W. Second St. Entry cost is $10. Dysphoria is the headliner, with Strength For A Reason, Pillars of Villainy, xSluggernautx, Back and Forth and Objection.

3. There is a beef and beer event tonight from 6 to 10 at Tylersport Fire House for 2-year-old leukemia patient Garrett, of Lansdale. Tickets are $25. The event features raffles, 50/50 and grand prizes. Music by Mike Greer and Co. Garrett is the grandson of Kathy Hendricks, owner of BeeJay Carpet One in Lansdale.
