1. Montgomery Township Police Department will participate in the 16th annual “Operation Safe Stop” today. As part of National School Bus Safety Week in Pennsylvania, Operation Safe Stop is a public awareness campaign to educate the public that passing a stopped school bus, when children are loading and unloading, is dangerous and illegal.
2. Lansdale Borough will hold a West Fourth Street Charrette at 7:30 p.m. at Borough Hall to discuss what will be going on with construction for West Fourth Street. Borough representatives and project engineers will be on hand to explain the project and answer questions.
3. A business play group will meet at 5:30 p.m. at Penn Liberty Bank, 472 Norristown Road, Blue Bell. Build business relationships in a casual atmosphere without the regulations of a typical networking group. One rule: Bring a friend, client, colleague or business partner.
