Harvest Seasonal Grill and Wine Bar is opening at The Shoppes at English Village in Horsham Township in July, according to a blog on Philly.com.
The proprietor is Dave Magrogan, who has found success with bars and restaurants like Kildare's Irish Pub in Philadelphia, Scranton, West Chester, Manayunk, Newark, Del., Chapel Hill, N.C. and Columbus, Ohio, and Doc Magrogan's Oyster House in Philadelphia, West Chester, Moosic and Dover, Del.
