Incumbent Fuller’s Fate to Be Determined in Ward One Primary
Two seats are open in Ward One for Lansdale Borough Council, including that of council Vice President Mary Fuller. Three Democrats are vying for the most votes to make it to the General Election to challenge two Republicans.
Two seats are up for grabs in Ward One on Lansdale Borough Council, and one of them belongs to Vice President Mary Fuller.
The Democratic councilwoman—who chairs the Parks and Recreation Committee and the Economic Development Committee—is facing a challenge this year from newcomers Jeff Howard and Joe Wolf.
After May 21, there can be only two.

The two Democrats with the most votes on the Primary will move on to challenge Republican contenders Michele Coyle and Jean Fritz, and Independent Jason Van Dame, in the November election.
The Lansdale First Political Action Committee and the Lansdale Democratic Committee endorsed Fuller.

Howard is also endorsed by the Lansdale Democratic Committee, as well as the Friends of Lansdale PAC. Wolf is endorsed by Friends of Lansdale.
Lansdale First has also endorsed Bob Willi and Richard Strahm in the Ward Three election, and Doug DiPasquale for mayor.
