NORTH WALES, PA — Montgomery County's historic Joseph Ambler Inn, a property once owned by William Penn and which has been held by the current owner since the 1980s, has been sold.
A local group headed by investors Milind Satam and Jeetu Satpute purchased the Inn, they confirmed. The price was $5.7 million plus additional undisclosed costs, the Philadelphia Business Journal reported.
When the Inn was first put up for sale in 2024, the previous owners said that none of its essential operations were shutting down and that they were looking for a buyer who would continue its existing operations.
