According to Dan Sokil of The Reporter, resident and Democratic council nominee Richard Strahm called Wednesday's night's vote a "crossroads" in the lot's current dilapidated state and Lansdale's revitalized future.
"We have the ability to generate greatness in our crumbling Madison Parking Lot, and help propel Lansdale to the future that it deserves. Or we can just sit at the curb and watch the future pass us by," Strahm said in the article.
